Ground shipments cost us DUTY BROKERAGE AND GST TAXES to accept and you will be rebilled for them. You can ship UPS Air, but the post office is the
cheapest method.

Ship all CORE RETURNS via PRIORITY MAIL. This will take 4 to 6 days.
DO NOT USE STANDARD OR NON-PRIORITY MAIL.
This will take 4 to 6 weeks and you only have 30 days to avoid a core
charge. Also,
these methods are not trackable. If you do make this mistake, just call us.
YOU MAY INSURE YOU PACKAGE.
All parcels are automatically insured for $100 when sending via
Priority. However, if you are concerned about it being lost in the mail,
you can insure the parcel for the price of replacement of the ECM.

VALUE:
The value in box (5) is $15.
We have to pay a Goods and Services Tax
on everything that comes into Canada. The assumption that the
Government makes at the border is that we are purchasing anything that
crosses the border, even if the product came from here to start with !!
Even at $15.00, we have to pay tax on this.

Reburns
are subject to a $45.00 - $60.00 shipping charge as of November 01/2003.
Core Charges:

If
you have not returned a core PCM - and our records indicate you
haven't - you no longer get updates (and you probably "bought" a core) !
-
If
your core is not returned after 60 days, you cannot return it for
credit -- you own it.

When you've paid for your core (non-return or wish
to own), you must return the performance PCM as a core when a reburn is
done.

If the core
did not come from your truck, it will be tagged, your name on it,
arrival date and checked to determine functionality.
-
It is in
your best interest to ensure the returned core comes from your truck to
avoid core charges.
-
If your core
is shipped and received damaged--we'll take a picture of it, email it to
you...it will be returned... we do not accept damaged cores
(whether internal or external).
Damaged cores are considered to be in the following
condition:
C onnector
damage or crushed so that the connectors can no longer provide a weather
seal
Non-communicating (not able to reprogram).

There are
no refunds on custom performance chips or custom PCM/ECM's (When
programmed to our specifications--not yours.)
Since we don't copy
protect our PROM or MEMCAL, we can't stop you from
copying our program. We CAN stop you
from copying the program and returning it for a refund. If you build
something that isn't going to work, we will advise you of the same to
avoid future hassles.
